About Me

My name is Amy and I created Amy's Pet Care Services in 2019 and now have the opportunity to share my love of animals with my customers and pet owners all over Lowestoft and surrounding areas. I am fully insured and DBS checked and hold a full clean drivers license along with my own transport.

I’ve loved animals all of my life— both learning about and taking care of them, and I have worked with a wide range of animals over my life so far.

Previously I worked at a local boarding kennels and cattery for nearly 5 years, getting the fantastic opportunity to work with and understand dogs and cats of all breeds, ages and temperaments.  Working there gave me a wealth of experience that I now carry forward into my own business. 

I also spent three years at an equestrian college, giving me my Level 2 and a Level 3 Diplomas in Horse Care and Management. Horse Care bookings are available, please just ask.

I'm a reliable and trustworthy individual and I pride myself on the high-standard of care and services that I offer. I will always go above and beyond to make sure your pets are relaxed, comfortable and happy during my care. Animal welfare and happiness always has and is always going to be my top priority.

I'm an outdoors person, happy to be out in all weathers, and some of my hobbies outside of work include reading, writing, gardening, yoga and running. I also have my own dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Millie. She is my world and is featured in my logo.
